update: So I tried to get the kernel and scene bin to work with 7th Heaven but it can't read the files.  Until there is support for it stick to the two patches.  Everything else will go through the iro and the exe for the limit mod is recommended to be rename FF7-ProjectS.exe and set in the settings to be launched through 7th Heaven.  Keep in mind you'll need this for a shop in the HQ.

Easy to install version of the story mod now available.

For now the best way to install the mod without messing with the base files is to use the new Iro I uploaded.  Go to mods then click download.  Once that is done launch 7th Heaven or if you don't have it yet download it here: after that launch it and click yes both times if in initial setup.  Once this is done go to library then click import.  Find the Iros you downloaded.  Once done you should be set to activate it....

New update post release!

So I finally released the mod after working on it for roughly a year or less.  I am still going through the mod playing it and working out the kinks in it.  I am going to fix them as I go.  I also allowed Sephiroth to use Cloud's bootleg weapons by slayersnext and millinia.  I've included a Kyte chibi version for people wanting to use the old school version.  I still need to tweak the final battle to make it last longer.  Well thats all for now.

So for some weird reasons of I don't know why or how when I go through the Don manshion to the part where the President, Reeve and Heidegger it will crash when it switches the map for the meeting.  However using 7th heaven with the flevel before the switch it'll work fine with the new one I have made.  Till I can figure out how or why it happens I will bundle them and recommend you use the same method to be safe.  Playing through leading up to the HQ mission to leave Midgar....

another sadly short update

So I am some what proud to announce I finally got through the beginning stages of midgar.  Sadly it is not ideal where I want things to go as far as creating a new fresh experience.  Though the most I originally wanted to do was make a new end game protagonist and story around him.  After initial release I will probably go back through and tweek things.  On another note a fellow modder is thinking of sharing his AB file so you can add it to my limit break EXE so it doesn't...

So it is that time for a round of updates.  I have been resuming work on the story though some things will not work.  I am putting those animations on hold until I find a way to make them work.  So far things are going kind of quick and about to get out of the midgar beginning area.  Well sadly that is all for now so until then hope you enjoy what I have on here and stay  tuned for more updates.
